Lameness Evaluations
A thorough, systematic evaluation to identify the source and severity of lameness. Includes observation at walk and trot, flexion testing, and hoof testers as indicated. Diagnostic imaging, digital xray and ultrasound, can be added stall side when needed to confirm findings and guide treatment. This isn't a quick look and guess, it's a complete picture.
Performance Evaluations
Sometimes a horse passes a basic lameness exam but still isn't performing the way they should. A performance evaluation looks deeper, at movement quality, asymmetry, compensation patterns, and how biomechanics may be affecting what you feel in the saddle. Ideal before or after show season, when returning from an injury, or any time you want a baseline to work from.

Buying a horse is a significant investment, emotionally and financially. A prepurchase exam gives you an honest, thorough assessment of the horse's current soundness and any findings that may affect their suitability for your intended use.
